AN open forum was hosted at Padiham Fire Station by Kitty Ussher MP about potential staff cuts.
It was told a petition had already been launched with more than 1,000 names collected.
Mrs Ussher appealed for individual letters of protest to be sent to the Integrated Risk Management Team, Lancashire Fire and Rescue Headquarters, Garstang Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 3LH, or for the public to drop off letters at Padiham Fire Station, or Pat's Pantry.
