CLOSING The McBride factory
TOWN hall chiefs have met with bosses at McBride’s in an attempt to persuade the firm not to close its Burnley site.
Up to 350 jobs could go if the cleaning products manufacturer opts to close its Windermere Avenue factory.
Burnley Council chief executive Steve Rumbelow and leader Charlie Briggs have met bosses at the firm.
