32 wraps of suspected heroin and crack were found after police stopped a car in Accrington yesterday afternoon.
The officer stopped the car, a silver Fiat Punto, on Tanpits Lane and found the drugs with an estimated street value of £320.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply amphetamine.
He was released from police custody pending further forensic inquiries.
