A NEW campaign to keep babies safer has been launched in Hyndburn.
Hyndburn Keeping Baby Safe campaign promotes ten top tips for keeping baby safe by highlighting cot death risk.
Leaflets will appear in local shops, on buses, recycling wagons as well as on bus tickets and pub beer mats in the the borough.
Tips will warn parents not to fall asleep with children, to put babies to sleep on their back and to make sure their temperature is regulated.
Coun Pam Barton said: “We hope everyone in Hyndburn gets behind this campaign and spreads the messages to everyone they know.
“Together we really can make a difference and help to keep all of Hyndburn’s babies safe and healthy.”
