HYNDBURN Council has pledged to make Woodnook in Accrington its first priority with future regeneration funds.
Deputy leader Coun Clare Pritchard said: “I want to reassure residents that the regeneration of the Woodnook is this council's number one priority.
“We have some outstanding commitments in west Accrington, otherwise all new regeneration funding will be prioritised towards Woodnook.”
