A CANNABIS dealer who supplied a friend or friend will not face a proceeds of crime hearing.
Burnley Crown Court heard how Alan Woods, 34, had no assets.
The court had earlier been told Woods, 34, had been bulk buying the drug, but since his arrest, he had taken steps to get his life back on the right track.
Recorder Andrew Long had told Woods,of Laithe Street, Colne, his actions had not been commercial.
Woods had admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply and had been given 10 months in jail, suspended for 18 months, with 18 months supervision and 200 hours unpaid work.
