A VILLAGE library in Burnley is set to re-open ahead of scheduled after a revamp costing around £157,000.
Briercliffe Library will welcome back lenders on Wednesday, from 2pm, after the completion of its refurbishment.
Extra public computers have been provided at the Jubilee Street centre, alongside an enlarged children’s area, comfy seats and a study base.
Work was undertaken to provide self-service facilities at the library, but although the system has been installed, it is not yet ready to go live.
