‘Get well soon’ for Burnley mayor
DEPUTY mayor of Burnley Coun David Heginbotham has led councillors in their “get well soon” messages for the borough’s first citizen.
Coun Tony Lambert, who represents Trinity ward, was unable to attend this week’s full council meeting due to serious illness.
Coun Heginbotham, who represents the Conservative Party, deputised in his absence.
