TWO boys have been charged over an attack on a ‘gentle giant’.
The 48-year-old 6ft 6in man was found unconscious in a garden in Standen Hall Drive, Burnley, on March 25.
The victim, from Brierfield, was taken to hospital with a fractured skull and is ‘critical’.
A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, both from Burnley, have each been charged with wounding.
Both have been bailed to appear before a youth court at a later date.
