FIREFIGHTERS tackled a lorry fire on the M65 this morning.
Crews from Accrington attended the scene, on the westbound carriageway between junctions eight and seven, at 9.45am.
The lorry, whose wheel had caught fire, had been moved to the hard shoulder and did not affect traffic.
