A BLACKBURN business park is full, four years after it was redeveloped.
Retailer Doorhandle company.co.uk has moved into a 6,000 sq ft warehouse at the Waterfall trade park off Stancliffe Street, Mill Hill.
It means the 50,000 sq ft business park, which was bought and developed by Manchester-based Hurstwood in 2007, is now fully occupied.
Andrew Jones, of Door handlecompany.co.uk, said: “The business is expanding and we needed a property with extra space.
“This unit, which was just around the corner from our old warehouse, was ideal. We are only around 50 yards from our old address but we now have the space we need.”
Hurstwood director Mark Carling added: “We are delighted to welcome a quality growing business like this to Waterfall trade park.
“We also delighted to be able to put the ‘full’ signs up at the entrance to the estate.”
