COUNCIL bosses are set to cash in on a landmark building in the middle of Barrowford.
Holmefield House in Gisburn Road will be empty when Housing Pendle staff move out before the end of October.
Part of the building is sublet to the Multiple Sclerosis Society but the charity has said that it plans to quit the premises this April.
Councillors have agreed to market Holmefield, and a parcel of land bounded by Lucy Street, Mount Street and Grove Street, behind it, after being told that a residential or employment use would be acceptable there.
