POLICE in Colne raided a house following claims it was being used as a drugs den.
Officers pounced on the property in Knotts Lane recovering a quantity of drugs believed to be cannabis.
The bust, which happened just after 11am yesterday, was the result of tip-offs from residents through the Police and Community Together (PACT) meeting.
No one was arrested but police today urged residents to continue coming forward with information regarding drug dealing in their community.
Sgt Tom Riley said: "This was positive action following information from members of the public. We will continue to act on information we receive and will target anybody we suspect of being involved in drugs."
Anybody with information should contact police on 01282 425001 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
