ARTIST John Chapman is helping East Lancashire Hospice raise much needed funds.
The Blackburn artist's painting of King William Street in the 1950s will be the feature of hospice Christmas cards, due to go on sale in October.
It's not the first time John has helped out, with signed prints of some of his other paintings going on sale to help bring in cash for the hospice in Park Lee Road Road, Blackburn.
Harry Grayson, East Lancashire Hospice fundraiser, said: "We are absolutely delighted that John has produced yet another masterpiece with the hospice in mind.
"Due to John's generosity he have auctioned off a number of his works and they have generated much needed revenue for us.
"Two paintings of the Hospice building sit proudly on the walls at the Hospice and will be there as historical reminders forever."
John first approached the hospice to offer his help three years ago after he painted a winter scene of Clitheroe town centre.
