THE National Association of Estate Agents has published tips to help sellers conduct viewings in safety.
They appear in a leaflet, which focuses on the simple steps that all homeowners should take to protect themselves and their property throughout its time on the market.
It also includes advice on managing viewings with personal safety in mind, and practical suggestions for managing access to keys and security systems.
It also suggests ways to enlist your estate agent's help to keep an eye on your home if you go away while it is on the market.
It is available at NAEA member agencies.
