BURNLEY Mechanics is kicking off its new season with what looks set to be a storming gig by music maestro Troy Andrews and his band Orleans Avenue on September 7.
Their fusion of high energy jazz, funk, R&B and hip-hop is guaranteed to bring a smile on the face and a boogie to the shoe.
Multi-instrumentalist Troy, 20, started playing on the streets of New Orleans at the tender age of six and has performed with Wynton Marsalis, Dr John, the Neville Brothers and Lenny Kravitz.
