Creditors of historic furniture firm HJ Berry, based in Chipping, have backed administrators’ proposals to get their cash back.
Manchester-based CLB Coopers had said secured creditors would be paid in full but those with unsecured debts would instead get a dividend.
Administrators met creditors of the company at a meeting in Preston.
