Whilst I don’t want to upset the majority of disabled badge holders who park legally, I find it hard to see why a holder needs to park part on the pavement, part on double yellow lines and, for good measure, part on zig-zag lines at a pedestrian crossing as I recently saw at Audley Range, Blackburn.
All this was done within metres of a police vehicle on that stretch of road.
The majority seem to park on the pavement. I always thought that was an offence.
