A depressed mum was found hanging from a bannister at her Clitheroe home by her husband and daughter, an inquest heard.
Gabrielle Davis, 65, of Stamford Place, was found at 11am on Wednesday June 21.
The inquest heard that Mrs Davis, a shop assistant, had been diagnosed as being clinically depressed.
A post mortem examination has been carried out and the hearing adjourned until September for further tests.
