A BLACKBURN-BORN man has been named Britian's most committed senior executive.
Bob Black, the chief operating officer for delivery company TNT Express Services UK, won the award in the inaugural Beyond Philosophy 2006 Customer Experience Awards.
He won the prize after being identified as the catalyst in TNT's drive to give customers a better service.
Mr Black collected the award at London's Royal Lancaster Hotel.
He said: "With 95 per cent of business leaders identifying that customer experience is the next competitive battleground for companies it has never been a more important part of the business mix than it is today it's vital that TNT keep one step ahead of the pack to maintain our competitive advantage."
