Community support officer Sean Goddard is organising a five-a-side summer soccer league for Barlick and Earby youngsters.
Games will take place every Friday evening starting on July 28 at Victory Park.
At the end of the competition, a presentation night will be held where the trophy, donated by Ken Murray of the Barnoldswick Road Safety Committee, and other prizes will be presented.
The competition is open to boys and girls aged 11 to 16 years old.
CSO Goddard said: "We're expecting lots of youths to apply, so I would urge people to contact us sooner rather than later if they want to take part.
"The best way to secure a place is to fill in an application and consent form, available from West Craven High School or Barnoldswick and Earby police station and get it returned to us as soon as possible."
