Firefighters have slammed those responsible for an arson attack in Burnley early today.
A gang of youths were spotted around a house Pink Street, which was empty but being renovated, shortly before the fire brigade were called at 1.25am.
Neighbouring properties were evacuated while the fire, in the ground floor, was brought under control.
Watch manager Tom Ashworth said: "This could have been very serious."
