A PUB will find out tomorrow if it has received planning permission for extension plans.
Bosses at the Fort Arms Hotel in Lower Barnes Street, Clayton-le-Moors, hope to convert an attached barn and building to a two-storey extension to create function rooms.
Planning chiefs at Hyndburn Council have raised concerns over parking and there has also been opposition from residents.
