A PUB company is asking Lancashire Evening Telegraph readers to name a new £800,000 up-market bar in Darwen.
The pub, in the former Somerfield supermarket building in Church Street, is to be opened by the Barracuda group in August.
Sarah Calderbank, from Barracuda, said the company is looking for a name with local or historical connections.
She said the pub will have an emphasis on being aesthetically pleasing and adding vitality to the area, especially during the day.
It is to be one of the company's Smith and Jones branded bars, similar to The Calder, which was opened in Blackburn Road, Accrington, in December.
It is expected that around 30 jobs will be created.
Anyone interested in suggesting a name can contact Sarah at Lunar House, Globe Park, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1LW.
The winner will receive a free meal for themselves and three guests when the bar opens.
