Trawden Show, one of the largest one-day agricultural shows in the North West, will be held at the recreation ground on August 13.
Each year around 5,000 people visit the show which includes sheepdog trials, heavy horses, Shetlands, poultry, dry stone walling, a dog show, owls, crafts, vintage vehicles and a farmers' market.
Entry is £6 for adults or £3 for children and OAPs. For details call 01282 865264.
