Renee and Kenneth Ashworth, of Far Pastures Farm, Waterfoot, have both been fined £300, and ordered to pay £50 costs, for failing to deliver annual accounts of Rossendale Wholesale Meat Co Limited.
The pair were convicted on January 5 at Cardiff Magistrates Court, under the Companies Act 1985.
Under the Act, a firm's annual returns and accounts must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
