A NEW strategy for public and private housing in Rossendale is available to residents in the borough.
The housing initiative focuses on four key priority areas of work including providing affordable housing for people struggling to rent or get on the property ladder.
Other targets include meeting the government's Decent Homes Standard for housing and identifying emergency accommodation for homelessness groups.
