REVISED plans for the proposed Heysham to M6 link road are to go on show next week.
Lancashire County Council is to stage a special exhibition of its new-look Northern route blueprint on Wednesday (October 19) at Torrisholme Methodist Church.
It will showcase details of the proposed scheme - including changes made after the last round of public consultation - between 2pm and 8pm at the church on Norwood Avenue.
The county says plans for a subway at Torrisholme Road have been changed and extra landscaping has been put into the scheme to minimise its impact.
Cars and buses will continue to use Torrisholme Road and, although the link will need to be 'lifted' where it crosses Torrisholme Road, it will be lower between the road and railway.
County staff will be available to answer questions and explain the proposals in more detail at the exhibition.
