IT'S easier to complain than praise. Now, I simply want to say thanks to the people who work at the Salt Ayre recycling centre and to those who set it up.
I don't know what's changed in the last few years but every time I go there now I come away feeling upbeat. Not only is recycling a useful thing to do, but the people who work there are such a welcoming, helpful group - even when you roll up a minute before the gates are closed.
They turn a chore into a positive experience and set a great example for other people who work in the public services.
Steve Ashton, Lancaster.
