THE letters printed in the letters section are so biased towards the objections for the woodland burial ground off the A59, isn't it about time we heard from the many people that do not oppose the application?
Please let us have some views from those who agree with the application.
I happen to think that the application should be granted. For every reason the objectors come up with there isn't any that should stand. The provision of a roundabout will alleviate the concerns over the accident issue.
For years everyone that has 'tried' to pay their respects to a loved one at Pleasington Cemetery and unfortunately coincides with a Muslim funeral know that they are virtually barred from visiting.
Why should Pleasington be subjected to a wholescale takeover bid when it's a Muslim funeral? It doesn't happen for a Christian one. No, I say let the huge volume be taken out of Pleasington; the A59 can handle it. Oh, and by the way, I live in Langho not Pleasington.
J MOORE (Mr), Moorland Avenue, Langho.
