Baba Yaga is a crazy Russian witch who flies through the air in a pestle and mortar.
She delights in catching children and setting them tough challenges.
Those who fail are in big trouble! Her house rampages through the woods on a pair of chicken legs and her fence is made of bones and skeletons!
When Lisa is captured by the Baba Yaga, her only hope is her magical living doll and her own cunning.
Dynamic New Animation (DNA) will present Baba Yaga Boney Legs, an exciting adventure story for children and their families, at The Charter Theatre, Preston.
Using visual theatre, projected imagery, puppetry, physical performance, especially composed music and stunning animated set design, DNA promises an exhilarating and fun-filled show.
To coincide with the half-term holiday, the performances on October 24-25, will be accompanied by family workshops for participants to discover some of the skills and techniques used in the making of the show, with practical activities in puppetry, design and visual theatre.
