A WARNING went out to publicans after a spate of break-ins at pubs. A burglar broke into the Judge Walmsley pub at Billington but after making a search, left empty handed. The intruder got in by climbing on to a rear fire escape and breaking a window.
A thief got on to the flat at the rear of the Bonny Inn, Salesbury, and broke into an office through the window.
