A ROW erupted over plans to use Asian street names in a new £2 million housing development.
Bradford and Northern Housing Association decided to introduce the idea at its rented housing scheme in the Ormerod Street area of Accrington.
Some of the 48 homes had been designed with Asians in mind and the decision was welcomed by local racial equality campaigners.
