IT'S suicide time again! Would cyclists and joggers please bear in mind that, reflective strips and tiny red lights aside, they are still very difficult to see against a foreground of oncoming headlight and illuminated shop windows.

I have no desire to kill a jogger or cyclist. So will joggers please stop running in the road after dark and will cyclists be aware that, lights or not, they are not visible enough to race in and out of traffic.

Just because you can see us, it does not mean we can see you. Take more care!
