DENNIS Taylor crashed out of the Regal Welsh Open at Newport against former world champion John Parrott.
The Blackburn-based Irishman never recovered from Parrott's initial onslaught which saw him take the opening two frames by 76-0 and 104-0 and breeze through to the quarter-finals by rolling off the final three to take the match 5-1.
