THE lesson of Hungerford was quite plain. All gun clubs should now voluntarily disband and all weapons be handed in.
Those clubs that won't should be closed by law. Circumstance can turn the person next to you from a sane to an insane person.
Leave the defence of the nation to the armed forces.
There can be no sane reason to sustain gun-lust by any civilian.
Don't let Dunblane be for nothing.
