DYNAMIC rally duo Ashley Hodge and Andrew Murphy stormed to victory in the Haverigg Stages of the Furness Motor Club race in Millom in Cumbria.
The Morecambe Car Clubbers raced their C and M Motors/Lancaster Bomber Sierra Cosworth home 40 seconds ahead of the field to take them into first place in the RSM Stage Championships.
In the other races, Carnforth front runners Nigel Bonny and Andrew Leech finished 12th overall in their Vauxhall Corsa blasting the field to clinch first place in their class by 15 seconds. Last year's club championship runner up Neil Mashiter, from Westgate, clocked his best result with 14th place in his Escort.
