STAFF at nursery care products firm Quilty are the toast of the factory after winning NVQ awards.
They are the latest at the Darwen company, which manufactures cot quilts and pram rain covers, to take part in its training programme developed by LDS of Blackburn.
"With NVQ qualifications people attain a recognised level of quality, are more aware of how the company operates and feel part of the team," said Geoff Garner, centre, group operations manager.
