CYCLING Club of Lancashire members have been competing at the highest level in distant parts over the past week.
Henry Iddon, finished eighth in the National 100 mile championship with a time of 3hrs 52mins 25secs on a course in Kent.
John Kitching of Langho taking an excellent second place in the Veterans category in the Karrimor Mountain Bike series event at Shrewsbury and 15-year-old Oliver Cookson of Whalley returning from Holland with a creditable 36th place from 70 international junior riders in a six-day road race.
