YOUNG Jamie Ball is only too happy to get on his bike - thanks to big-hearted businessman Frank Robinson.
Three-year-old Jamie was devastated when cruel thieves stole his last bicycle just days after he had been given it.
But kind Frank, from Accrington, stepped in to give him a new bike after reading Jamie's story in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph last week.
Frank said: "I used to be a keen cyclist, so I know how much fun it is to play out on your bike with friends. I saw his glum picture in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph and just thought 'aah' so I decided to get him a new one.
"It was great to put a smile back on his face."
Jamie's grandma Mary Mulligan, delighted to see Jamie on two wheels again, said: "He was so upset when he had his first bike stolen, it really made him miserable.
"It is so kind of Mr Robinson to buy him a new bike and I know Jamie will never let it out of his sight."
