A THIEF got more than he bargained for when he tried to steal a vehicle. The van, which was delivering to Cobble's Eden Street depot, Blackburn, had a child passenger. The youngster was later found dumped in a back street.
A quantity of dangerous drugs were stolen from Hartley's Chemist, Church Street, Darwen.
A thief snatched pay packets containing £1,000 from Strategy Two on the Lomeshaye Industrial Estate, Nelson.
