THE family vicar of Blackburn hostage Paul Wells has prayed for the success of a leaflet campaign in the region where he was captured.
The Rev John Cree, vicar at Immanuel Feniscowles Parish Church, has written the prayer:
"Lord God, We pray that Bob Wells venture to distribute pamphlets in the Kashmir Valley may provoke a response.
"We pray that Paul and his fellow hostages may have heard of the visit of their families to Kashmir and be given courage to endure, Amen."
