IN reply to the remarks in 'Relatives must share blame for tragic tots' (Letters, July 2), I'm sick and tired of the thoughtless busybodies who have nothing better to do than air their views on a family they know nothing about.

There was more than enough love in Amanda's family and still is. Do they know what sort of family Amanda came from? No. Do they know what sort of family she married into? No.

I do and none of us was a smackhead.

Do they have the full facts about anything? No. Do they not think that the family are broken-hearted and devastated by what happened to baby Tara?

What right have they to accuse any of my family of anything?

People like them live in their own little world with their own little family where nothing ever goes wrong. Aren't they the lucky ones?

It's about time they came into the real world.

If the boot were on the other foot and it was one of theirs, how would they feel? Where would their love be then?

As the saying goes, love is blind it certainly was for Amanda.
