A RESCUE package was on the drawing board for a company set to shut with the loss of 130 jobs.
Rossendale Enterprise Trust were discussing a plan which could save some of the jobs at Holden Vale Manufacturing Company, Haslingden.
Trust executives wanted to help put together a local management buy-out. Union officials had held a meeting to discuss options open to workers.
