A PILOT scheme aimed at reducing waiting times at St Helens Magistrates' Court begins later this year.
Representatives of the professional court users, including the Crown Prosecution Service, police, probation, defence solicitors, youth justice team, St Helens Council, Victim Support and Group 4 Escort Services, will meet at the court on Friday, September 5, to sign a Service Level Agreement for the new scheme.
