A SHOPPER who was attacked by an army of pesky pigeons which dive-bombed him and pinched his pie called for action.
The man said a cull was needed to curb the growing number of pigeons in Blackburn town centre.
Blackburn Council said the rise in pigeon numbers was due to the birds becoming homeless as buildings were demolished to make way for the inner relief road.
