A WOMAN fought off a thug who dragged her into an alley in Lancaster in the early hours of Sunday morning. The woman was accosted on her way her home from work along Penny Street at about 2.30am. Police have issued a description of the man who tore her t-shirt in the attack. He was white, 5ft 9ins tall with short, dark hair and average build. He wore dark jeans and a dark top and spoke with a local accent.
