A SHATTERED family were waiting to be reunited with their tiny son who almost died in a fire horror.
One-year-old Anthony Howson was plucked from a smoke-filled bedroom by his father as flames tore through the upstairs of their Blackburn home.
Brave dad, Derek, dashed into the street cradling his son in his arms.
