SEVEN years after the murder of horse dealer Leslie Jackson, police have re-launched the appeal to catch his killer.
Mr Jackson, whose blood-soaked body was found in his sheltered bungalow in Sussex Drive, Blackburn, was believed to keep large sums of cash at home. A watch and gold sovereign rings were taken and police visited every jeweller, second-hand and pawn shop in the North West.
Detective Sergeant Pat Wood, of Blackburn CID, said: "Someone out there must know who did this and they should call us with a name. This case will never be closed until the killer is caught."
