ADVICE for small firms on handling discipline problems and absenteeism is on offer at two seminars.
The arbitration service ACAS is to stage the two half-day workshops to help businesses deal with two of the most common problems faced by firms.
The 'Discipline at Work' event will provide guidance on the best way to handle discipline and sub-standard work.
The 'Absence Handling' workshop will highlight methods of reducing absenteeism and dealing with persistent offenders.
